Our collateral loans have a 4-month (120-day) term or 6-month (180-day) term, and there is no minimum period for repayment, although you may choose to reduce or redeem the loan at any time during that period. A full interest payment every 4-months (120 days) / 6-months (180 days) will safeguard your collateral for another 4 months/6 months. Failure to repay your loan in the allotted time will result in the sale of your collateral, as required by law. Our interest rate on secured loans is 2.167% per month (26% APR) calculated for the exact number of days the loan is outstanding. Ticket fees: $4.00 (for loans $99 or less) | $7.00 (for loans $100 or greater). Storage fee: 2% of the amount borrowed, but not exceed $50.00. The Provident Loan Society DOES NOT make personal loans.
